Looks like the Moon... I've taken hundreds of shots of the moon at night trying to get the details but it always comes out as a bright circle like this one. So I had to take a shot at dusk to get the details Once in a Pink Moon. So my guess is this is the Moon.

Ya man I think its an out of focus pic of a bulb.. you tried to get a pic right but the bloody auto focus..didnt get it right...
